Suggestion: Keep the apps at the center, throw the start menu to the left.

Honestly, this should have been the default behaviour of Windows 11 from the start. This asymmetrical placement of taskbar icons makes no sense at all.

Bottom border of window is bigger than right and left

I can also confirm the issue, with addition that it happens with no fractional scaling enabled. This setup is using Fluent-round version, but I think on standard version the issue...
