False-positive: `cannot mutate immutable variable`

@ChayimFriedman2 the variable i get from the library is a `mut static: fn(u64, u64)` initialized to a panicking function by default, so AFAIK this is correct

@ChayimFriedman2 that was the newest version when uploading the issue, but apparently, after updating to 0.3.2154, the bug is fixed. I suppose #18252 fixed it
