Torch is not turning off (probable error in official example?)

Thats really strange. According to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/MediaTrackConstraints `torch` seems to only useable to turn the flight _on_, until the track is active, not _off_. Testing on a Samsung SM-T800 tablet. Maybe...
