I like this idea too - using ![_image_] to show local images in a result table would be fab.

You can make it ever so slightly quicker by binding a hotkey to the 'Link today's planner..' command too - I use Ctrl+Shift+P, and that works well.

The "END" task is never checked at the end

I have the same issue. Using Command Mode, in my daily note. Have to manually 'check' it the following day.

Any chance on bumping this one up a little bit? It's the one thing that the base map view plugin does 'better' than this plugin. It's crucial to my use...
