Recent changes to v1_node_condition.py causing ValueError for MCEHardwareErrors on Oracle OKE cloud platform

Same for Azure/AKS `ValueError: Invalid value for `type` (ContainerRuntimeProblem), must be one of ['DiskPressure', 'MemoryPressure', 'NetworkUnavailable', 'PIDPressure', 'Ready']`

Likely concurrency issue pq: 'duplicate key value violates unique constraint \"UQE_pipelines_s\"'

Running into the same since a few days ... I migrated from sqllite to postgresql but this should be a new setup afterwards, right?
