Run script when installed instead of on login to avoid contention between Outset and the script writing to com.github.once.plist

Original DL link is an old version. ARCH use with overrides will point to current.

The .download recipe points to https://download.tidal.com/desktop/TIDAL.dmg , which is not being kept current. Current releases are now at https://download.tidal.com/desktop/TIDAL.x64.dmg and https://download.tidal.com/desktop/TIDAL.arm64.dmg

Current archive creation method omits the .app in the zip filename, postinstall does not rm as desired. This updates to match.
