Wifi ap doesnt show up

Hello sir i dont see a wifi ap i waited some mins

Shows old SSID s but not the correct ones

 These Networks don't exist. And it shows old names of the esp wifi. Any solutions?

Do I need to open the scooter to use this or will it unlock it over wifi?

Im not sure how to use this.

Because its not comfortable to use command line xd. And.i would stay on version 2 if not.
