I tried using `SlideExpandableListAdapter.setItemExpandCollapseListener(...)` passing a new `ItemExpandCollapseListener`. But it did not work. The listener is coming as null in the `SlideExpandableListAdapter.notifiyExpandCollapseListener()` even though I had set it as above....
