Do you use port 993? Do you have special characters in your password?
Did you try waiting for 15 minutes?
This might be a problem with rights. Try Chmodding the directory and files. You might also consider to specify a more recent ES Version though this shouldn't be the issue...
Did you download everything in this repo? Is the File "Dockerfile" in your parsedmarc directory?
