Snapshot 155 puts scrollbar on left when restore multiple tabs from a session

If comment out `source ~/.vim.session` in .gvimrc, open MacVim and `:source ~/.vim.session`, then there's no such problem

Enhancement: default disable to None, preventing output to log files by default.
