Fix allowed min datetime range on dateime fields

That should fox #54

Incorrect datetime value: '0000-00-00 00:00:00' for column 'last_login'

There are no checks inside the application. Just a default value for newly db entries. I have fix that by set the most early supported datetime value. Without removing `NO_ZERO_DATE`.

Add more stricter user existence condition instead of strpos checks
