Thanks for the detailed explanation. And also I was able to add new language pairs (Without signature verification). As you said just find out some of them are not compatible...
@netoeuler I have already tried it. Not bad but the % of error (both grammatical and translation) is very high. But better than nothing.

In my case it was due to ban.I used a different account and it run without any issues.
Nop I got an email from niantic saying that account is banned.And I never got this issue on the new account and got the issue every time on banned account.
@danielocampbells I got the email a few week after this issue started .You will get an email eventually.
Any plans on updating the project with latest Vuforia SDK?.
