For better understanding, I changed a few lines in the README.md file.

In the docs folder the README.md file is empty. It's not needed.

Empty Readme.md file can be removed.

Translations section in readme file needs more details.

In the README.md file, the Translations section needs more details instructions and a little bit more clearance.

Modified the URL links in Readme.md file. Links are now better organized.
