okay, I was able to successfully upgrade to v4.6.5-beta docker image tag, and everything seems to be working as expected. I will wait for a week or two and see...
After digging more, I found that there exists a user `ucan`. Is this the reason why I am unable to create a package with the same name? https://pypi.org/user/ucan/
