Does specifying the architecture help when trying to upgrade? `winget upgrade --id Microsoft.Powershell --architecture x64` The [manifest](https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/blob/master/manifests/m/Microsoft/PowerShell/7.5.0.0/Microsoft.PowerShell.installer.yaml) here lists all the available architectures.
