With the new version I get that the value 10 is in the nrrd files but not in the tsv
@phenomnomnominal could you please release the extension as well ? It may explain why the current version does not report the errors. BTW amazing work 🔥
I created this PR to update the extension to the v6 and fix some issues in the extension: https://github.com/phenomnomnominal/betterer/pull/1247
Also, it could be a good idea to include some instructions in your readme to help new developers build the source code.
