menu always centered without <center> tag

I think this happens when a center tag is positioned before the menu. In my case the center is just after the body. Therefore not a direct parent.

Date validation on Internet Explorer 11 fails

Same problem on Safari macOS [input date is not supported](https://caniuse.com/#search=input-date). Works on iOS because input date is partially supported.

aria-describedby not set when using data-parsley-error-message

Fixed in [my PR](https://github.com/guillaumepotier/Parsley.js/pull/1280).
