App won't open (TS-419+, Firmware version 4.3.3.2211)

Hey, same issue here, TS-231 on QTS 4.3.6.2232 and Tailscale 1.42.0.0. The app just won't open even though I changed the web interface ports to default (8080 and 443). Help...
