Solution for build issue on OS X

Worked for me as well just run `export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig` in the terminal before running `cargo run`.

Linking to static library on mac m1 fails

No worries :) Even when I follow the steps from this tutorial https://onnxruntime.ai/docs/build/inferencing.html it always fails at building the target libprotobuf. Probably I have to provide the library myself.
