suggest to run the bat file from cmd, that way the window will not close and you will see the log open cmd and then run from the cmd "webui-user.bat"
i have reinstalled and this issue not happening, probably i massed up something

yes but this command dosnt work on windows it will be much cleaner to have `ollama stop ` and `api/stop` end point
yes curl is in windows but there is argument issue, anyway thanks for the advice ill try to make temp script until cli/api will be available.
