[New Feature] Support Subscription in Clash Format

看到目前V2Ray-Desktop采用的clash内核，但是在服务器订阅里并没有相关的选项支持clash配置文件。 感觉clash配置文件很强大啊，都已经包含了gfwlist.yml的内容了，会方便很多。

在访问 https 类型的网站时发现会报证书错误问题，大量节点都有这个问题，使用 http 的测速链接无法排除这些节点，建议使用 https 类型的测速链接。 https://connectivitycheck.gstatic.com/generate_204
