Rewrite Project

The crates [glam](https://crates.io/crates/glam) and [nalgebra](https://crates.io/crates/nalgebra) are both well-maintained and highly optimized. There's a [benchmark](https://github.com/bitshifter/mathbench-rs#scalar-benchmarks) that compares a bunch of popular lin alg crates but it's over 3 years old.
