`template` method deprecation warning

@joeldrapper I just noticed that there is already https://github.com/phlex-ruby/phlex-markdown/pull/7 which fixes this issue. Would it be possible to merge it and release a new version?

Rails 7.2 compatibility

Ruby on Rails 7.2.0 was [officially released a few hours ago](https://github.com/rails/rails/releases/tag/v7.2.0). Is there anything I can do to help to get this PR merged and deployed?
