hi Adrian, I haven't used this in a long time. I would ask the Arcadia people in gitter, they might have changed things and maybe there's a better way now.
I'm also experiencing this issue on Vim 7.3 + rxvt-unicode 9.15 (both from debian repositories). I'm using current master(4d925ca3246aaf63d131941dcaac28a90ffb2b4d).

I mess up the screen pretty often trying to do stuff while syntastic is working. If there's a way to prevent that from happening maybe it's not such a big...

LGPL doesn't play well with commercial applications in mobile stores. MIT for example would be more permissive in that regard.
how hard would it be to add it? It seems like a simple mouse... is there anything I can read to get a feel of what needs to be done?
