What is the roll-off factor for the Raised Cosine filter (AMPLSHAPE=1)? I can't find any info here: https://www.onsemi.com/pub/Collateral/AND9347-D.PDF
AX5043 is a cool little chip. I'm testing its performance right now. M17 mode TX is possible.

We can use that mapping. Also: it is not necessary to use VDD_TARGET line.

We probably wont have to leave that pin floating, so a pulldown or even a hard-tie to GND is OK.
There's no reason to put logic high on that pin. Since it can be fixed with a solder blob, I'd leave this as is, mention this in ERRATA.txt and move...
Squeak was eliminated by adding a 10k resistor in parallel to C106.
_Maybe_ we should get rid of Q3 (BGA6589).
