If you are deploying Openblocks with Docker, you could also set the environment variable `ENABLE_USER_SIGN_UP` to `false`. See latest [docker-compose.yml](https://github.com/openblocks-dev/openblocks/blob/develop/deploy/docker/docker-compose.yaml).
