Build breaks with python-2.7: def encrypt(self, i_pk, i, M : G1): SyntaxError: invalid syntax

I added a fix for this issue here: https://travis-ci.org/JHUISI/charm/builds/349006033 All I did was remove the type hinting. Unfortunately, the build is failing for Python 3.5, but I am not sure...
