1558M support

I can't finetune a 1558M on an AWS g4 == NVIDIA t4, i consistently OOM.

`tl.dot` gives incorrect results for matrix-column multiplication

If this code is run on current master, it fails with `AssertionError: small blocks not supported!` due to `vec_ptr` and `out_ptr` being `D_VEC` by 1.

JS generator missing jspb.generate_from_object option

Thank you for looking at it! I didn't know about that feature, my thought was it would work like Github gists where you click on a line and it goes...

Cannot delete remote projects

This can be fixed by deleting the directory the project has been opened to inside and then deleting the enclosing project.
