Just to add to this conversation... I came here looking for this exact functionality, and while the examples here did not work, I was eventually able to add a cluster...

Can´t Activate Lens

I am also experiencing an error with activation. Whether I choose "New to Lens" or "Already have a Lens ID", the browser launches but the redirect to the process running...
