When running setup, spaces are allowed at the end of the AWS credentials. This causes errors like _Authorization header is invalid — one and only one ' ' (space) required_....

A unit test for kill cancellations. I've used a submodule to prevent pollution of the main module. You'll want to do `sed -i s/soniah/rocketlaunchr/` to fix up import paths :-)
