Same here subfolders too many levels down do not get synced, switched back to version 3.27.0 and they all sync as they should. Stuck on that version until its fixed.

Its back on for me. Maybe i just panicked when it still wasnt working, and saw someone else reported outages using lbry as well.
Still getting this issue on most music related videos on the latest nightly 3505 either with proxy enabled or not.
