某些情况下http请求会自动跳转为https请求（HSTS/PKP），且没有跟随301跳转（return 301 http://$host$request_uri;）

edge有个`edge://net-internals/#hsts`页面可以删除浏览器记住的相关配置，使http不会跳转https。 showdoc的软件没有这个页面可以打开，导致被记住的域名http页面始终跳转https，导致无法正常调试，页面无法打开，fiddler显示10次跳转后就停止了请求。
