Problem seems to be with naming, it has to be endTime, else is doesn't work at all! Try this: `$scope.endTime = moment("01 Nov 2018 12:00:00").valueOf();`
You can seet `ngDraggable.touchTimeout` to 0

Ios to Pc works fine, android to pc gives no audio on pc but only on the android device.
