Running into same issue. WP 5.9.3 Latest plugins Downgraded GraphQL to 1.6.9 as the new one has issues on current sites as well.

I rolled back plugins from a previous install and that seemed to be the fix for uss

The latest update in tailwindcss broke it downgrade it to 3.0.23

Same issue trying to install PMA or Adminer. Would appreciate any help EDIT: Downgrading docksal fixed issue DOCKSAL_VERSION=v1.16.2 fin update
