Had exactly the same issue on 2.3.13 using docker compose " image: viktorstrate/photoview:2 " After reverting back to 2.3.12 and scanning again everything is working correctly :)
In your docker compose just use "image: viktorstrate/photoview:2.3.12"" after that clean cookies for your website and just do a normal scan.
Try scanning for all users and than see. It worked for me where on timeline i had only white images instead of photo and when clicking "i" i had similar...

Thanks, tested that and it didn't help at least for me.
Tested again and i' not able to get it. The upside is that files bigger than 100MB are uploading (just uploaded over 400MB video).
After disabling it back I still can't get the previous version of upload screen and i'm unable to upload more than 16-20 photos at a time.
