unable to set bios for sega CD emulation

How am i supposed to actually start the game?

Every time i boot it up, it tells me to touch to start but touching the bottom LCD doesnt work as starting the game and none of the buttons work....

Is there any way to disable this? SInce downloads automatically fail if you don't have premium and i forgot to add days to my real debrid subscription it ended up...
