I noticed this too. The console is blocked off. there is just the "share this" pane at the bottom.
I'm not sure, but when I downloaded a repo from github (lesson 4) instead of from the game, the quickstart worked and launched the frontend.
This seems to be an issue with the upgrade to tensorflow 2.0 https://stackoverflow.com/questions/58574610/python3-recognizes-tensorflow-but-doesnt-recognize-any-of-its-attributes I can see what the problem is, but i'm not sure how to rectify it.
There is an open PR that should fix some of these.
