Sounds most likely like it could be mismatched sample rate configuration in Windows, OBS or other parts of the audio stack. This is the usual symptom of that.

BTW, what operating system, OBS version and StreamFX version are you using?

I'm just using the regular blur in OBS 26.1.1 with StreamFX 0.10.0. I suspect it should work the same in 27.2.4 with 0.11.x but I'll have to set it up...
