On gcc 9.1.0 it builds fine without the dns_quietinit workaround. That workaround, however, creates its own build issues...

Cache is being ignored

This is probably caused by the fact that I am not using the APIs properly, but I cannot get the cache to work... at all. I use the resolver generated...
