Thank you for your prompt reply! I got both the severs running. I had to change #!/usr/bin/Rscript to #!/usr/bin/env Rscript to get ./index.R to work. However the plot doesnt show....

ok got it working now. apparently urltools only parses it if there is ? in front of the queries (for me): raw
