worked for me with explicitly adding `SQLitePCLRaw.lib.e_sqlcipher` to the project deps
as a explicit nuget dep https://www.nuget.org/packages/SQLitePCLRaw.lib.e_sqlcipher/
Try to copy the e_sqlite.dll in your root folder
ok what i found out: when extended permissions are requested the solution https://github.com/webtechnick/CakePHP-Facebook-Plugin/issues/54#issuecomment-6743882 does NOT work: only the first dialog ( email etc permission) is shown and then the redirect...

@DavidColl works now with your solution, still i get no page refresh when the user logged in but thats another problem
