Yeah we solved this by just enabling it in nginx but I think it wouldn't hurt if people wouldn't have to tinker with server/host to get this feature to work

Could be PATCH not being handled properly by your server. See https://github.com/EasyCorp/EasyAdminBundle/issues/6294
Pretty sure the issue I'm having is related to this too. I upgraded Symfony from 7.2 to 7.3 and I'm getting similar error from API Platform when it's doing something...
I'd also prefer like 50% smaller icons. 43" monitor 
Here's the default. A little bit smaller than AltTab but still not small enough for my liking.
