Missing pose and tracking instruction?

I have tested this repo about detection and flownet with two models weights successfully. But how shall i use pose and tracking file ? would you please give some summary instructions about that? thanks a lot.

Hi, @TonyFaith. The pose estimation code is updated. The rest is still on working.
