Closing as we this will be recreated in 15.1.x with the theming package as part of igniteui-angular.
Would you say this change will work equally well when the background of the navbar is on the darker side? Would the reduction in opacity not make the hover state...

Looking at this and all other issues referencing a specification of what the components should look like in different states (hover, disabled, etc.), I am perplexed as to where those...
@Svetloslav15 I betcha the "misalignment" is not misalignment at all but a label consisting of empty spaces. Could you please check so that we're not chasing ghosts here.
