`SWXMLHash` version should be locked in podspec file until 6.0.0 is supported.

Sorry, but I only have macOS.
I've got command line tools installed (I use them often), but I still get this problem.
Sonnet 3.7 is available in Copilot settings, but there is no switch in Copilot for Xcode.
I believe that's about the lack of `/claude-mem-clear` command or similar. Would be awesome.
