Have you tried running without `--legacy` - it'll be an _extremely_ old unit if you need that. If you do need legacy, run it as root (ie: `sudo ./sonota...`)
You will see the error is "Address already in use" - that means something is already running on one of the ports (eg: port 8080). Be sure to shut down...
That's.... weird... I would suggest trying Python 3.6 as it's not been tested with 3.7 on a Mac as it has only been released recently.
