Porting an application to App Engine Standard has been extremely painful

I connect to postgres cloud sql in my `init()` and I'm trying to figure out why it isn't working. Am I screwed because logging isn't allowed from the init function?

Erroneous lines shouldn't be added

I messed this up pretty bad. It should be all good now, though.

commands::build::out::tests::unix::test_copy_file fails on macOS

On NixOS, this fails since the test tries to copy `/bin/sleep` which doesn't exist. https://github.com/facebook/buck2/blob/72df3e3ffd92449c7fe57b4066d17f41e2ffb11b/app/buck2_client/src/commands/build/out.rs#L543
