是指没办法修改 Dial的参数吗？如果是Dial的话，支持传入一个Dial方法，在这个方法里面可以指定自己的参数。
溢出也没问题，目前是使用 Round-Robin 的方式 选择 conn，实现上 index 会一直在 0~MaxUint32 之间 循环。。。
