add a few system properties the process can read to make life a bit easier for folks working behind proxy

proxy user and password can be passed in via system properties, also users can choose to disable ssl verification through system property too

cannot convert ListMap to json string

I want to convert a ListMap[String, String] to json string through spray. Since ListMap maintains the insertion order of items, I assumed spray json would also return a json string...
