Broken SOAP body

I believe i also got similar issue. I minimized to all [relevant sections of code](https://play.golang.org/p/25HyA5Au3oT). So SOAP-ENV:Body seems to be overridden by generated type. Something like [this](https://play.golang.org/p/QG6C7wpPkNK) fixes the problem.
